Consultation Appointment Guideline:

Please read this section if you are booking for a CONSULTATION appointment. All vaccination and consultation appointments are booked via the PETTR APP. Booking an appointment through PETTR is free, and payment will be transacted on your actual appointment. By booking in advance, your consultation fee will have a discount of 100 PESOS (applicable for initial check-ups, not follow up checkups). The consultation fee will cover a maximum of two pets for checkup. You will also be given priority over walk-in clients. This appointment is also for dogs and cats only. For exotic pets, please contact the clinic to inquire the availability of our exotic pet doctor for walk-in consultation. Requesting for an appointment through PETTR is free and our team will be confirming your request to finalize your appointment.

Low Cost Procedure Guidelines:

Please read the following guide if you are booking for our LOW COST PROCEDURE services. Simply select the services you wish to book and the system will show you the next available dates for the procedure. After selecting the date, proceed by adding the appointment request to the cart and checkout. One time slot is for one pet. If you wish to book for more than one pet in a day, kindly repeat the booking process and select the next available time slot for the next pet. Please note that appointment request will still be pending and our team will need to approve your pending appointment request before sending a final confirmation to your email. Booking an appointment online is free, and payment will be transacted on your actual appointment. Age requirement is 6 months up to 4 years old. For pets above 4 years of age, regular kapon rates will be applied. Please note that a fasting of 8 hours is needed before the procedure. Before booking, please refer to the GUIDELINES / FAQs of the procedure in the following link. This will answer all questions regarding the requirements, prices, how to book, information on lab if needed, post surgery medication, etc.

Grooming Appointment Guidelines:

Please read this section if you are booking for our GROOMING services. After clicking the BOOK NOW button for grooming, our system will show you the next available dates and slots for your pet. One time slot is for one pet. If you wish to book for more than one pet in a day, kindly repeat the booking process and select the next available time slot for the next pet. Due to the high volume of bookings that are do not show up, we are now requesting a non-refundable 100 PESOS reservation fee before we approve your appointment. Age requirement is 6 months up and up for our full grooming services. Your pet must be healthy, and not sick for the grooming appointment. Anti-rabies vaccine is also a requirement, otherwise we recommend to first get the shot for your pet before booking. Core vaccines and tick and flea preventives is also recommended but not required. After we confirm your booking, an email confirmation will be sent to your email for your booking reference.
