• If you purchased and checked out from your cart any prescription drug, we are requiring you to upload a photo of your veterinarian's prescription.

• Prescription drugs are drugs that require a prescription because they are considered to be potentially harmful if not used under the supervision of a licensed Veterinarian.

• If you only ordered only vitamins and supplements, uploading of prescription is not required.

• Please note that we will contact you in case an order was placed without proper prescription. Part of our policy is to also communicate and confirm with your veterinarian in case there are discrepancies with your uploaded prescription.
