Service Description
Due to the high volume of appointments that book in advance and do not show-up, we are now requiring a 100 PESOS non-refundable reservation fee PER PET. Upon your arrival on the appointment date, the P100 will be deducted from your bill. To pay the P100 reservation, please book the appointment by adding to cart and checking out your cart. The system will bring you to an online payment portal. Once paid, your appointment is already booked and an email confirmation will be sent.
Cancellation Policy
For grooming appointments, a reservation fee of 100 pesos per pet is needed before we confirm and finalize your booking. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
